Insider Transactions/Biggest buys ($)

Biggest insider buys by dollar value

Stocks ranked by the total dollar value of open-market insider purchases over the last 90 days — officers, directors and 10%+ holders buying their own company’s stock (SEC Form 4, code P). The insider count shows how many different people were buying, but the ranking here is by dollars. To rank instead by the number of distinct insiders buying, see “Most insiders buying (#)”.

About this ranking

What counts as insider buying here?

Open-market purchases reported on SEC Form 4 (transaction code P) by a company’s officers, directors, and 10%+ shareholders. Routine, non-discretionary events like option grants, vesting and tax-withholding are excluded.

Why does clustered insider buying matter?

A single purchase can be noise, but several different insiders buying the same stock around the same time is a stronger signal of shared conviction. That is why we show the distinct-insider count alongside the dollar total.

How current is this?

Form 4 must be filed within two business days of the trade, and we refresh daily from SEC EDGAR. Figures cover the trailing 90 days.
